Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas! We are blessed with 2 amazing girls and loving friends and family to spend the holidays with. Quinn definitely enjoyed her first Christmas. Here she is decked out ready for daycare (wearing her Santa hat) :)
Friday night, we went out to look at Christmas lights. There is this neighborhood called Candy Cane Lane and we go there every year to walk around and look at the lights. Quinn slept through it, but Hayden enjoyed the show!

Daddy and his girls checking out a house.

Hayden liked the Santa on the motorcycle!

That night, we had a slumber party downstairs. Hayden and I were the first out :)

Quinn wasn't far behind....

On Christmas Eve we went over to Karla and Jim's. We had a great time. Here is Hayden opening up her first (of many) gifts....

Dora the Explorer Backpack. HUGE HIT!

Play-do!!!

Quinn enjoyed the festivities a bit too much :)

I loved her Santa bib that Grandma and Grandpa Kuhlman got her

Hayden had so much fun on Christmas Eve that we had to wake her at 10am to come down and open gifts. We couldn't wait any longer.

Guido helped Hayden with her gifts....

Dora flashcards compliments of the Martz's

Toolbox that Clay, Lisa, Mitch, Will and Gracie got her. She LOVED it!

Grandma Jo and Papap got Quinn a turtle and a duck that her bottle goes into. It is the cutest thing. Here is Quinn with her Turtle :)

Guido likes his new leash

Playing with her Leapster

Playing with her Dora Kitchen set

Laughing at her sister. Oh, and Quinn is rolling over. She started a week ago, rolling onto her stomach. 2 days later and she was able to roll back over onto her back. The bad news, we can no longer swaddle her, so she isn't sleeping as good as she had been, because now she wakes herself up. But it is cute watching her roll around and take in her surroundings....

Just look at that face......

Aunt Maryann and Uncle Don got Hayden this butterfly costume. She wore it to open up the rest of her presents.

Tuckered out from all the presents

opening her Dora Kitchen.... We started opening gifts at 10am and weren't done until 3pm. We skyped with Grandma Jo and Papap for awhile and then also with the Kuhlman family. It took awhile because all Hayden wanted to do was play with her toys. At one point, she was playing with her Dora Lego set (thanks Grandma Jo and Papap) and refused to open another gift. She would say "No mom, I am busy."

Here is a video of Hayden opening her Dora Kitchen. She loves it! Emily Vignapiano gave us her old toy kitchen food, utensils, etc. Her play kitchen has cooler things than my actual kitchen!

Smile!

Quinn is getting much more animated. She loves to smile (especially at Hayden), coos quite a bit and has even laughed a few times.
Look at that crazy hair!

Saturday night, we went to Kevin's work holiday party so Mandy, Michael and Loli came and watched the girls. I think Hayden played so hard with them, that she crashed on the coach like that!

Quinn loves to chew on her blankies

Such big eyes

Look at that happy smile :)

Cute little dimple

Here is a video of Hayden and I making Quinn smile.

Santa!

Saturday night we had some people over. Here is Auntie Mandy holding Quinn
Auntie Loli holding Quinn...

On Sunday we went to Seaport Village to see Santa and watch the Parade of Lights. The sky was gorgeous!

Hayden and Kevin in front of the tree

Ben and Jerry :)

Standing in line to see The Big Man!

The Parade of Lights was supposed to start at 5:30pm with fireworks and then 80 boats are supposed to boat by all lit up! We went out on the pier and had a good spot to see the boats. You can see why we didn't sit on the ledge! I hate Rats with Wings....aka Pigeons

At 6pm we saw ONE boat go by and they weren't even part of the parade. It was running late and it was getting pretty cold. So unfortunately we didn't see the parade :(

BUT WE DID SEE SANTA!!!

When we got home, Hayden and Kevin decorated the tree.

So cute.....

Ohio Trip - Loooong post!

From Nov. 11th through the 30th we visited Ohio. We had a great time and got to see all of the family. Hayden and Quinn were great on the plane.
Our first stop was Kalida, OH and Craig and Jill let us stay with them. Hayden had a blast playing with Allie and Grady and all of their toys.

Allie LOVED holding Quinn and did a great job feeding her and getting her to stop crying.

Such a good big cousin

Quinn was baptised when we were in Kalida. Here are Hayden, Allie, Grady and Carli in front of the altar

Here are Grandma and Grandpa Kuhlman with their grand kids

Hayden played soo hard and fell asleep on a golf cart ride. Mitch held her while she slept.

Godfather Craig and Quinn

Uncle Kirt and Quinn. Shanda was sick while we were home so she didn't get to hold Quinn much at all. :(

Carli holding Quinn. (If you notice a trend, Quinn wasn't put down the whole trip!)

I also went to Columbus on 2 separate occasions and hung out with some high school friends as well as college friends. Here is Tenille's daughter, Brace, holding Quinn. Doesn't Quinn already look so much bigger than the first pictures? It is only a week later!

Craig and Hay Hay

Allie and Quinn....

Grandpa Kuhlman making Quinn coo. It was the cutest thing!

Hayden and Grady were two peas in a pod. They are one year apart and just played so well together

We then headed to Stow and stayed with Clay, Lisa, Mitch, Will and Grace. Here is Mitch and Quinn

Will and Quinn.......and Lisa!

It is Seiple tradition to get PJ's for the holidays. Grace, Quinn and Hayden all had matching ones!

We then headed to Toronto to spend time with Kevin's parents. Here is Papap and Quinn for the Michigan vs. Ohio game. It is too bad that Quinn's onesie didn't help the Bucks pull out the win :(

Aunt Judy and Quinn. Can you believe how different Quinn looks? She grows sooo much each week and gets more and more personality!

Lori and Quinn....

Cali and Quinn. I wasn't kidding when I said that Quinn was not put down the entire trip!

We also got to spend some time with our friends Frank and Jessie. Here is Frank holding Quinn

Their son, Noah, and Hayden played soo well together. They had the best time!

We had a wonderful time in Ohio and already miss our friends and family. We look forward to doing it again!
