Hayden got more sick before she got better. Last Monday we had to take her to the ER because she was
sooo dehydrated. A BIG Thank you to Dr. Clay
Seiple for being on call with us for days as we discussed her symptoms. Because of him, Hayden is 100% healthy and back to her old self. We had quite a scare, but she is a trooper and a fighter! We love our Dr. Clay!!!!
This was Hayden's IV at the ER as she was getting fluids. It broke our hearts to see her
soo weak, but the fluids really helped.

Kirt, and
Carli came in on Tuesday. Hayden was still pretty sick that day, but by Wed. she had the energy to get off of the couch and want to color with
Carli.
And by Thursday.......SHE WAS KISSING MINNIE MOUSE!
We spent 3 days in Disneyland and we all had a great time! Hayden loved feeding the Fairy Godmother.

One morning we had breakfast with Mickey and friends. Mickey took a special liking to Hayden and didn't want to let her go.

Every chance Mickey got, he would come to our table and sit with Hayden. Hayden fed Mickey her breakfast. He so loved her that he wrote her a special note that said "To my very good friend, Hayden, thank you for feeding me blueberries and
watermelon. Love always, Mickie Mouse." Totally adorable!

Our last night at Disney we watched the fireworks from our hotel. It was the best view!
After 3 full days at Disneyland/Ca Adventure, we headed over to Universal Studios on Sunday for the day.

Saturday afternoon we went to Colleen and Damien's for a cookout. There were 3 dogs there and Hayden was in heaven playing with them!
Because Hayden was sick last week, we didn't get to go with Shanda, Kirt, and Carli to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. We still had passes, though, and they expire this Tuesday. So on Sunday we got ready for a day of being a "San Diego Tourist." We hit the Zoo and Sea World and Loli and Yogi joined us for the entire day!

Hayden got to meet Elmo and Grover. Yogi's brother, Russ, is actually Elmo. Hayden was soo excited, she could barely wait in line. She fussed the whole time and as soon as I put her down she ran right to Elmo!
