Happy Halloween!

No surprise that Hayden was Spongebob this year for Halloween! Quinn wore an adorable pumpkin hat. On Halloween we had some friends come over and we took Hayden up an down a few streets for candy and then we ordered pizza and passed out candy the rest of the night. We get a ton of kids and it is really fun. Hayden LOVED her costume.
She cried the first few houses and needed carried up to the porches. But after about the 3rd house, we couldn't keep up with her she ran so fast from one house to the next. She would say "Trick or Treat!" Then when she got the candy, she would say "Thank you. Have a nice night." So polite :)

People in our neighborhood go all out! This house was really cool!

Spongebob down to the shoes!

This house cracked us up. Most people sat out on their front porches, but this one did it "old school" and just had their porch light on. I told Hayden to go up and knock on the door. She waited all but 1 second and when no one answered she looked at me sadly and said "it doesn't work" Right then the guy opened the door. She was sooo excited!

This past Thurs - Sun. I went to New Orleans for a company incentive trip. I had never been to New Orleans and I had a blast! Kevin had a blast watching Hayden and Quinn (hahahaha!) Here I am with some of my coworkers.

On Fri. night we had an amazing dinner (the picture is of my boss holding a Baked Alaska - which is fabulous) and then we had a walking ghost tour. It also included a pub crawl. Needless to say, we all had a great time!

Mandy and Loli also flew down to New Orleans and I extended my trip a day and a half to hang out with them. It was fun to be in Louisiana for the LSU vs. Alabama game. I am glad LSU won! In this picture we were at a bar watching the game.

This is the public transportation and we took it down St. Charles street to look at all the beautiful homes.

Being that New Orleans is known for being haunted, a lot of the houses were really decked out for Halloween

There will be no blog until the beginning of December. So check back then and you will see a TON of photos that will include our adventures over the next 2.5 weeks.

Stay tuned.......
