Quinn's Bday Party

 Last weekend we celebrated Quinn's 1 year Birthday!  We had a great time with friends and family.  Here is Hayden, Grady, Allie, Gavin, Grant and Kevin eating at the kid's table.

She had cake everywhere!  Her tutu, tights, everywhere!  But she loved it.  Thank you to all that were able to attend. For those that couldn't, you were missed.  The biggest thank you to my mom, who stayed on Monday since I had to fly to Atlanta for work. She is the one that had to clean up cake puke all over Quinn's crib that morning.  I couldn't have planned that better!

Fall in Ohio

 We have really lucked out and have had wonderful weather in Ohio.  We have a screened in porch, and here is a picture of Quinn having a blast in it.

 Quinn has learned how to go up stairs.  Here she is going up the stairs with Liam chasing her from behind!

 Hayden and Josie have become best friends.  They came over to watch the Buckeyes beat Nebraska and had the best time.  They fell asleep in Hayden's bed watching a movie.

 We acquired a play set this week!  Our preschool was getting a new one and they gave us their old one.  Hayden absolutely LOVES it!

 Hay's favorite game is to go down the slide and clip Quinn's legs at the bottom.  Hayden loves it! Quinn....not so much :)

 Quinn just has the best personality.  She is just full of smiles when she is out playing!  She adores playing with her sister

Columbus

 Thank you for being patient as we relocated to Columbus, Ohio.  We have been here 3 weeks and really like it.  The weather has been great, the neighborhood is wonderful, and the people we have met have been really nice.  We couldn't be luckier.  Of course we miss all of our friends in San Diego every day - but have been staying in touch via the phone, email, etc.  We will plan a visit back soon!  Enjoy some pics over the past 3 weeks! 

Yogi was nice enough to volunteer to drive cross-country with Kevin.  They had a great time and we couldn't have made the move without his help.  Thanks Yogi!

 Quinn and my mom at the airport.  I would not have survived the flight without mom.  We flew Hayden, Quinn and Guido!

 Mom and dad took the girls our first week so that we could unpack.  I was so proud of how I organized their playroom.  It lasted 5 seconds!

 Quinn's room had some nasty carpet, so we ripped that up.  The entire house is hardwood (except for tiled bathrooms)

 Our bedroom.  The house is full of arches.  We love the character it has. 

 Kevin's Honda Accord (from 1994) did not make the treck, so he bought a Kia Sorrento.  He loves it

 Our first weekend, Clay, Lisa, Mitch, Will and Grace came down and we put them to work.  We got the living room and dining room painted, as well as organized the closets in the basements.  They were a huge help!

 Hayden started preschool.  She is not a morning person and therefor was not thrilled about getting up for preschool

 Armed with Tiger, and Tinkerbell backpack and lunch box - she is as ready as ever.  She is actually 3 weeks in now and seems to really love it!  She sings songs that she learns at the house.  It is really cute.

 Last weekend we went to my hometown (Kalida) for their annual festival (Pioneer).  Hayden had a blast. She rode every ride that she was tall enough for.

 We also celebrated Carli's birthday.  Quinn turned 1 this past weekend.  Stay tuned for pictures, her party is going to be October 14th.
